Women's Rights

Christine Chinkin, Professor of International Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science, sat down to discuss issues regarding women's rights and feminist approaches to international law and human rights law.

Professor Chinkin introduces herself and speaks about her interest in international law; she then considers a feminist approach to international law before examining the issue of women's rights and CEDAW : the Convention for the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women.

Women and War

The International Committee of the Red Cross has developed videos under the theme Women and War , wherein "four women give first-hand accounts of how violence directly affected them in times of conflict".
